Guest Release Agreement

I hereby voluntarily and without compensation authorize pictures and/or voice recording(s) to be made of me. I hereby give permission to Christian Teen Biz (Good Success) & Barbara Howard Media (Vigilant Communications) to use, reproduce, and distribute the video footage, photographs, or voice recordings, including my name. I hereby agree to release Christian Teen Biz (Good Success) & Barbara Howard Media (Vigilant Communications) from any claims, damages or liability arising out of such use or distribution. I understand that the use of my name, likeness, and voice recordings will be primarily for the purposes of education and promotion by this/these organization(s). I have read and understand the foregoing and I consent to the use of my picture and/or voice as specified for the above-described purpose(s). I further understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation of any character shall become payable to me.

Christian Teen Biz (Good Success) & Barbara Howard Media (Vigilant Communications) reserves the right to edit out content or to not air any recorded show that is not compatible to the theme of the program.

Release

I release Christian Teen Biz (Good Success) & Barbara Howard Media (Vigilant Communications) assigns, licenses and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. Christian Teen Biz (Good Success) & Barbara Howard Media (Vigilant Communications) is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the image.

Christian Teen Biz (Good Success) & Barbara Howard Media (Vigilant Communications) is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement. I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.

Parent/Guardian Consent [if the person is under 18]

I am the parent or guardian of the minor named above. I have the legal right to consent to and do consent to the terms and conditions of this model release.
